INAEL SA, a Public Limited Company dedicated to the manufacture, assembly, import and marketing of electrical materials, was founded in October of 1977. INAEL SA began its operations in Los Yébenes, a small town in the Spanish province of Toledo, and remained there until the end of 1991, when it moved to a new factory on the industrial estate of the city of Toledo. The factory stands on a 16,000 m² plot and consists of two buildings, one with a work area of 9,000 m² within a 5,500 m² footprint; and another with a surface area of 1,000 m².

INAEL, a company whose stock capital is 100% Spanish, is one of the market leaders in Spain, Europe, North Africa and Brazil.
The company is currently undergoing a full international expansion that involves consolidating its presence in markets as competitive as those mentioned, as well as the Middle East, Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa and both North and South America.
INAEL ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS, S.A., which began life as a manufacturer of medium voltage fuse links, has since increased its production range and now manufactures the following products, all self designed:

– The widest range of current-limiting fuses available on the Spanish market
– Expulsion fuses
– Clips and fittings for overhead power lines
– Automatic load break switches
Basic switchgear consisting of single- and three-pole isolators for installation both indoors and outdoors, earthing isolators, support insulators, bushings, poles, controls, etc.
– Prefabricated monoblock kiosks for up to 36kV, with air-break disconnect and SF6 insulation
– Low voltage panels
– Cutouts
– Polymer suspension insulators for overhead power lines
– Porcelain and silicone zinc oxide lightning rods
– Silicon carbide and metal oxide lightning rods, with rated voltages of up to 468 kV
– Metal oxide varistors
– Prefabricated fitted and non-fitted transformer centre/substation buildings
